Those who are hampering or interfering to the stop of vehicle or do not stop their vehicles in accordance with traffic police's order or refused from being checked or disagreed from doing the breathalyzing test or drug test, shall be punished by jailing from six days to one month and fined from Riel 25,000to Riel 200,000
