Passing

ការជៀស

In plain language

When two vehicles approach each other from opposite directions, they must both move to their right to pass safely.

The drivers of all kinds of vehicles must pass each other by keeping driving on the right hand side respectively.

ARTICLE 21: Passing: 1. The drivers of all kinds of vehicles must pass each other by keeping driving on the right hand side respectively.

Remember, "passing" in this context means moving past an oncoming vehicle, not overtaking a vehicle going in the same direction.

Common confusion: Often confused with "overtaking" (ជែង), which is passing a vehicle going in the same direction.
