Question Q275: Priority at Intersection

Car No. 2 goes first as it turns right on the priority road, then Car No. 4 turns left on the priority road, then Car No. 3 goes straight from the Stop sign, and finally Car No. 1 turns left from the Stop sign.

Correct priority order

Car No. 2 goes first as it turns right on the priority road, then Car No. 4 turns left on the priority road, then Car No. 3 goes straight from the Stop sign, and finally Car No. 1 turns left from the Stop sign.

Vehicles in the scenario

Car 2
top — right · priority band 3
Car 4
bottom — left · priority band 3
Car 1
right — left (must stop) · priority band 1
Car 3
left — straight (must stop) · priority band 1

How Cambodian right-of-way works

At an intersection, the vehicle approaching from the RIGHT has priority unless a sign says otherwise. The vehicle from the main road, or a vehicle that has stopped at a stop sign, goes first. "Give way" and "Stop" signs override the general rule.
