ក្រឹត្យលេខ ៦៨ ក្រ ចុះថ្ងៃទី ៣១ ខែ សីហា ឆ្នាំ ១៩៩១ ដែលប្រកាសឱ្យប្រើច្បាប់ស្តីពីចរាចរណ៍ផ្លូវគោក និងបទប្បញ្ញត្តិទាំងឡាយណាដែលផ្ទុយពីច្បាប់នេះ ត្រូវទុកជានិរាករណ៍ ។
Degree N° 68 ក្រ dated 31 August 1991 that proclaimed to use the law on land traffic and all other provisions which are different from this law shall be consider null and void.
និយម្យសាមញ្ញ
The old traffic law from 1991 and any rules that conflict with this new law are no longer valid.
និយម្យផ្លូវក្នុងច្បាប់
Decree No. 68 ក្រ of 31 August 1991, which enacted the previous land traffic law, and any other conflicting provisions, are hereby repealed and rendered null and void.
