An old law about land traffic from 1991, and any other rules that go against this new law, are now cancelled.

និយម្យផ្លូវក្នុងច្បាប់

The Degree N° 68 ក្រ dated 31 August 1991, which previously proclaimed the law on land traffic, and any other provisions conflicting with the current law, are declared null and void.
